Power Music Group was originally established in 2013 as a music licensing organization that specializes in the development of multi-talented artists and producers in their quest to utilize musical contributions in the commercial world. This includes but is not confined to commercials, video games, movies, television shows,and other popular forms of media that requires a sound track.

Jamal McMullen and Loren Collins

“Jamal McMullen and Loren Collins started a brotherhood many years ago at Crenshaw High. Although they took different career paths after high school, they always managed to maintain a tight knit relationship. Jamal, a native of Los Angeles, began to embark on a lucrative career in the music industry as security for Kurupt from the Dogg Pound. He quickly worked his way up the ladder as a road manager and eventually head of management before starting Penagon Records. After his tenure with Penagon Records he served as an Executive board member of Wolf Pack Records. After experiencing several diverse avenues of employment, the music industry has always held a special place in his heart. While he was an executive at Wolf Pack Records, he began developing independent artists with the idea of licensing their music in mind. Over the years he has worked with several well known artists such as Terrance Martin, Roscoe,Bad Ass, Stacy Adams, and J Wells. Through his work he has amassed treasured relationships, respect, and a wonderful reputation throughout the industry. Loren has enjoyed an extremely successful partnership with the business and finance world specializing in the areas of real estate and Mortgages for over 30 years. As a Real Estate Broker and a key player in the Mortgage and Finance industries, his connections and years of experience in Marketing and Sales afford him extremely prestigious connections allowing him to work in networks otherwise unavailable to many others. He is very well versed in the Penal Code of the State of California which gives him another distinct advantage when dealing with contracts and the logistics that accompany the bond between artists, producers, and clients. His philanthropic efforts have led him to be a lending hand to many in need especially during the lending crisis and beyond. With the expertise and experience of these two partners, our clients, artists, and producers alike can rest assured they are in good hands.”
